Valerie Bridgeforth, celebrity hair stylist and owner of Fine Art International, hosts the event at 6002 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209. There you will be introduced to Beauty Counter. Beauty Counter specializes in the creation of skin care products and cosmetics that do not use harmful chemicals or other toxins found in most over the counter beauty products. The Beauty Social will raise awareness about the risks and effects associated with the continued use of products and introduce the concepts of using healthy alternatives to achieve higher levels of beauty.

We’ll also partner with My Sisters Closet, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that serves women that need a leg up, not a hand out. The Beauty Social will host a business attire drive during the event. My Sisters Closet will accept gently worn business attire, as well as, other clothing you wish to donate. Your donations will serve as a gift to those women desiring a chance to bring their very best selves to the workplace. My Sisters Closet serves many women’s shelters in the Metro DC area.
